So Today I.....

today i am hoping for something good to happen.

got tucked in and slept so well...

today i took care of BIDNESS!

heard  the voice of an angel . . .

Cooked Swedish meatballs and noodles in the crockpot and ate dinner with my husband and the poodle, watching a little bit of the original Die Hard with Bruce Willis before sitting down to do some studying for work shortly, then to work. 

went to my therapist appt and then my son's house to play with the girls

i wish i could put a smile on a certain young lady

today i vowed to stay in bed as long as i felt like.  i woke up around 7:00, went back to sleep around 8:30, slept until 10:00, hung around in bed for another half-hour.  now, i feel like a slug. 

...soaked up the sunshine and worked a little more on my tan. Yay. Heading out for dinner soon down at the beach, then having a late movie night. Wonderful.

am going to do my best to make up for the hours I got behind yesterday due to hubby's trip to town, so we can leave earlier for Phoenix and maybe get to visit a really neat eco-community before going to The Mikado tomorrow night.

have to get a haircut, and then do a bunch of laundry

...went to look at Christmas decorations. Did my grocery shopping, bought some sushi, watched some movies, and ate too much for dinner. Blah.

don't really have anything that must get done, except to gas up my car. 

oh---and i have to color my hair---by myself.  i can't afford salon coloring any more.  i've only really done it once and it was at least ten years ago, but i can read directions and i'm sure it'll be fine.

Brave girl!  I've never done it at all.  My sister has and I can't say I've liked the results always, but I'm in the same boat as are you...and I've been eyeing the "Loving Care" aisle lately.....that's the name of one of the versions, isn't it?  I forget....maybe we can compare notes one day....

...today I did some more Christmas shopping, & got more of the stuff I needed for decorating my fireplace. I am also looking after my elderly neighbours 6 cats, and fretting over when she will be allowed to come home.

celebrated my youngest stepgranddaughter's fifth birthday at a local pizza parlor, did a little shopping and then had a postponed Thanksgiving dinner with her and her family and some of her friends, came home, did chores, looked for work, but there was none, so am going to be catching up on my auction listing soon, if I can stay awake long enough!

today i need to go to wally world and buy a new space heater. 

ran some errands

worked far to hard... and my head hurts from it, however.. tomorrow is another day!  :-)

...seriously thought about quitting my job, all because of one BITCH who works in the office there. How is it just one person can fuck your whole day! I really do NOT like horrible people.

i know just how you feel kiwi, i've been off work on stress for 3 mos becuz of one in my office.  one can only take so much.... i am finally going back, but to a diff dept., and i hope it works better for me.....seems that management at my office would rather punish the victim then deal with the problem

found out that i can return to work tomorrow

went to town (Tucson) with my hubby, took a quick nap while he was in the dentist's office, as it was very pleasant, just cool enough to have the windows down, then went to a stationer's and bought my new desk calendar and one of Arizona to send to my mom and stepdad, did grocery shopping on our way home, then went out, after stowing the groceries, to shop for a couple of things locally in our little town (three stores in a one-block area...not lots from which to choose)
