I would like to wish everyone out there a very Happy Valentines Day.   Remember some people have a close lover to spend the day with, and some have no one to spend it with, reach out and touch those that you know are alone today, a big Hug and Kiss on check can go a long way to put a smile on someones face today as You wish them a Happy Valentines day.  You are never alone... when someone shows they care.

I wanted to wish everyone at Sexyads, a Very Safe n Happy Holidays. Sexyads people are like my 2nd family. I have made many wonderful friends in my time here on sexyads, and hope each and everyone of you have the most joyous holiday possible. I know times are hard, but what everyone needs to remember is that it is not how much you have to give, but the love that it is given with. Be Safe and Happy. :) Luv to all my sexyads friends.  

Well everyone, I am a new OP here at Sexyads. I feel honored that I was asked and I worry about letting the people of sexyads down, not just the bosses, but you the chatters of sexyads. I ask that you bare with me as I feel my way through this, as I am sure I will make my mistakes. I am going to share what I feel my task here at sexyads should consist of and you may correct me if you feel I am wrong, I would welcome feedback on how you all view it.

• I am here to help keep the room in a playful cheerful mood, so that everyone in chat can enjoy it. My soul purpose is not to boot people, but to help keep peace and everyone smiling.
• Where trouble has stirred my job is not to just boot, but to try and calm the situation, and if I can do that by talking to the main source of the problem by talking to them in private chat, then that is what I do. NOT TO BOOT , unless all else fails and they do not understand they can not conduct them self in a non respectful manner.
• I am here to keep people from spamming and the under aged people out that could hurt the site.
• My job as OP is not to show favoritism to my friends but to step back , with an open mind as if everyone here are equal and evaluate the situation at hand. If two parties are involved and both want to keep it going.... friend or no friend, you both have to go. Fair is a big part of being an OP, I could lose friends in the process, but if I do, then I do not think you really are a true friend in the sense of the word. So Up Front I ask for forgiveness if I upset you, but I am here trying to perform a job ... while at the same time make sure everyone is having fun.
• I ask for forgiveness as I am sure I will make mistakes along the way, after all I have never done this before, and the site can not make money, if we all just boot without trying to get people to understand how they should conduct them self in a manner that is acceptable.

I hope I do not let you the SA Chatters down, and if I do, I am saying I am sorry now upfront.

Oh Yes, I would like to thank Kiwi, she is helping me along as I ask question's as to what is right and wrong, to try and find out if I handled a situation in the wrong manner.
