I am searching for a relationship of substance. It is so easy to meet people and have a fun, casual, no strings time. Admittedly, such meets have their merit (let's face it - they can be downright amazing). If that's where you are, terrific - you go, boy! I am just ready for more.

I long to peel the layers back over time to get to the essence of someone, truly savoring the journey of discovering them. I want to finish making love to someone and know that they aren't going to snooze for a while and then get up to go home. I want to plan weekends. I want to do silly, unexpected things for someone, and have them done for me. I want to cook together (or, I'll cook while you chop and dice. ) I want to have sex that deepens each time we have it - primarlly because we have actually HAD it numerous times with each other and know how to push each other's buttons (I know, I know - that is the second time I have mentioned sex - sue me). I want someone who is old enough to be settled in their skin - whose vision of a partner goes beyond wanting to hook up with an older woman or a bbw just for the experience of it.

Me: 51yo professional - smart, optimistic, romantic, sensual, eclectic, explorative, sexual, spiritual, witty, left of center. I adore the energy of the city (it is the reason I moved up here), and love to discover cool, off-the-beaten-path restaurants and happenings. I also enjoy writing (novice writer here - I love words), reading, movies, college football (Go Gators!), theater and weekend get-aways.
