Doppelganger= clone, twin, double Dear blog readers, I have a question. Do I look like anyone else on the site? Does any other woman resemble me? By resemblance I mean could another member and I be mistaken for one another or could we be mistaken for sisters. This query is the result of my confusion over an email received. The sender, a member whose name and profile I’ve never noticed before, wrote, “Hi XXXXX” (not my name) in the subject line. He then went on to tell me in the body of the message, “How are you. It’s me (his name). I didn’t know you had a second profile.” I replied, “Sorry, you’ve mistaken me for another. My name isn’t XXXXX.” His response: “Oh, you look just like her and you’re the same age and in the same location. You should check out her profile (member’s name).” Maybe I was feeling a bit cranky having just dealt with three other clods before him including the notorious BC cowboy. You know… the one who sends inappropriate emails with “Bush?” in the subject line. Yeah, I sent a grumpy reply. “Seriously? We look nothing alike except we're both fat brunettes.” So, I ask you, gentle readers, do I have a doppelganger on the site? The worst feeling in the world

 Clods, cheats and scammers, oh my!

It’s been far too long since the last clod was crowned. It’s not that I haven’t been receiving emails. No, the messages have been plentiful but the clods had turned their sights on other victims. My emails were from either sincere members or cheats and scammers. But before I continue it’s only fair that I make a full disclosure. While the clods haven’t been filling my inbox they have been busy sending messages to other members. And these other members have shared the messages with me. I just want this to be a fair warning to any and all clods that we’re on to you. Going back over my messages for the last couple of months there have been many from men with blank profiles. And some are rather persistent. I tell them no and they argue. There have been some notes from scammers. These were reported and the profiles went poof. There was the local married man who asked that I forget he was married and went on to mention that he had been a contestant on a reality show. Maybe that was meant to impress me. Oh, bad move on his part. Out of curiosity I located the program on You Tube and watched the season in which he competed. Let me just state that his performance was not boasting material. In fact he should hope that the videos get buried and never viewed again. Cheeky Nutter sent a clod email but that doesn’t qualify for the award. She wasn’t serious; she wanted to be mentioned in a blog. The winner has sent emails to various members with “Bush?” in the subject line. He sent this to Gginger and she forwarded it to me. Her reply to him was, “Asshole”. Then I was the lucky recipient. My reply was, “No, I voted for Gore.” He volleyed back this response, “so, u like S & M , but, is ur pussy hairy or shaved n prepuberty looking?” This clod was in need of a virtual face slap. “Does this approach work for you? Even if there had been numerous contenders there’s no question. He gets the crown.. A rainy Sunday
