Gift from Above

In the early morning, flying on high above the pettiness of this place.

I heard the cry of an eagle as if it were statement,

            I am here!

As if it were a challenge,

        There is nothing you can do about that !

As if it were a gift,

         This is also your song!

It was then that the storm of my soul began to clear.I was able once again to gather the strength and inspiration needed to go on.To face the challenges that lay ahead

I'm feeling a bit silly would like to share it with you. I hope you like poetry.....I found one in a book of light verse......

I play it cool

and dig all jive

That's the reason

I stay alive.

My motto,

As I live and learn,

      is:

Dig and be dug

in return.

                                    a good friend will help with a murder

                                    a true friend will help bury the body.

This is my first attempt at creating a blog.....My first entry....here it goes

As you enter...the smell of roses drifts faintly about the room...candles flicker softly illuminating the room in soft light...I bide you welcome..come in...come in and stay a-while...take a glass of your favorite drink...relax...let down your hair,take of your armor,stretch out your legs..lets have a good chat...share your thoughts with me as I share mine with you...may you Carrie fond memories of your visit till your return.
