So... I think it might be time for me to actually take the big plunge, and go out dressed. I've never been confident of that before, always been too scared, too sure I wouldn't pass...

I think I'm at the point now where, while I still think I won't pass, it might not matter. I'm going to be careful in where I go, mind you... someplace it won't matter... but it's the first step, right?

Ok, shoes are in, and they're great! Might want to shoot for a half-size up on the next pair, but they're still gorgeous. Now just to get some practice in on them....

I need to get some better pictures taken now. Still need to do more makeup work, but I've got enough right now where I think I need something more than what I can currently manage by myself. Any volunteers? ;)

Well, my stuff arrived. First off, a few things (like my shoes! *pouts* ) are on backorder, so they're not here yet. And I can't find the thing to attach the camera to the tripod, so taking pictures is a pain.

I've definitely learned I need a garter belt, these hose seem to want to migrate. Then again, the dress seems to want to ride up... I think they're in cahoots.

The makeup kit I've got is nice, I just need a lot more practice, especially around the eyes.

I tied my hair back with a piece of cloth... I think it looks better than when I had it up with an elastic. It's a little more work, but it keeps it smoother.

Once I get the new pics, I'll add them to my profile. :)

Finally had the chance to go on a shopping spree, so I've got a whole bunch of new stuff on the way. As soon as UPS gets it to me, it'll be time for new pictures. Hopefully next week, though maybe the week after depending on when it gets in (and how busy I am!) *crosses fingers* I hope it all looks good on me.

I got the wig, it just arrived today! Not the brown I'd been expecting, but a nice rich mahogany. I'm half tempted to skip work tomorrow to play around, but I can't. Pictures will have to wait, but soon, I promise. I can't wait!
