Hi all
Saturday I got the rare privelege of going to see the number one ranked FL GATORS play a game in thier home stadium.... YUP I got to go to the SWAMP for the first time it was pretty darn cool.... the game was a laugher as it was against Vanderbuilt and they were out manned the whole game. I am not a GATORS fan but I enjoy College football so was very excited to go to game I hope the few pictures I got turned out if they did will try to get them posted SUNDAY I went to the JAGS game wow what a difference 90.000 at the college game and if lucky 50000 at the pro game ....and they both draw fans from the same market....I know it is two different envoirments but they ( THE JAGS ) need to do a better job of marketing and making the gamday more of a FAN EXPEIRENCE like the colleges do..... But like i said all n all it was a pretty good weekend... hope work week goes fast ! IF your curious to what College team I do like just ask ? Mehungry WAR EAGLE < a hint On a lighter note

Forgot to report back in last week ... I have been taking advantages of cooler weather and started each nightly walk off with a lil bit of jogging .... I am going a lil farther each night so I am feeling good about my progress lost 1lb this week that is 3 lbs in three weeks.. Whoo hoo More on this next week

Well we are coming to grips with today's tragedy at FORT HOOD, TX USA and learning more about what has happened and where we go from here I ask that you all please pray for those who have fallen and been wounded and thier familys and our country ; by this cowardess thug .....I would say more but biting my tounge.... Well all you know I have been trying to improve my overall health n fitness.... well for october my goal was to jog with out stopping for one mile....
Well I had some set backs in October first of being it was hotter then all get out most of the month heck we almost hit 90 on halloween I know im in Florida but geesh those are august temps not october.... I also hurt my ankle second week but that is now on the mends and Im doing better now .... And near end of month was batteling cold or something again doing better still a scratchy throat but feel a whole lot better.... I was able to jog 1/2 mile with out stopping think if it was not so hot n muggy might of done a bit better... My goal for november is to not only reach that one mile milestone but acutally I want to run two miles by end of month .... I am slowly training for JACKSONVILLE RIVER RUN in MARCH ... it is a 9.3 mile Walk or run Last time I ran the event was in 1995 .. I have walked in in 2007, and 2008 I missed this years not becaue i was not up for the walk but was not able to be in Jax that week-end I had other obligations but I have made it a major goal for 2010 so this month is key to me really getting on track towards the bigger picture... I just popped in for a bit and saw the New Who's viewed VIP, I think this is great comprimise it shows us which VIPs looked at our profile giving us a chance to respond to them which in turn benifets the VIP members giving them more value for their membership and may give motivation for non VIPS to join.... I am not not a spot where I can join yet but I do want to appaud this comprimise by SEXY ADS thank you for this new feature
