i'm tentatively planning to go to the westerner (a country music dance hall) on saturday night. i don''t really care that much for the honky-tonk woman chasing thing, and i'd rather go out in the company of a woman, so i can enjoy the ev4ening, instead of being in a competition with the rest of the unaccompanied men. if there are any ladies in the area who would like to accompany me, i'd be delighted.

only two passengers enlisted, so far... looking for other non-working women (unemployed, retired, or vacationing) who want to sign up to go trucking with me as a passenger. see my blog entry for 05 november for details.

i understand if you might want to see if i deliver the first two home safe and sound before committing, but i'm also taking prospective names for a "possibly interested" list.

this is in response to another blog posting. i forget that not everyone on here has been aware of what's been going on with me over the last few years, so i thought i'd clarify things.

here is the responding comment i posted to the curious blogger:

"contrary to how it may seem at first glance, there are no double standards in my case. many of the members on here have been with me along the wild course of events that led me here.

most of it is still chronicled in my blog entries, which i don't regularly delete.

at first, my wife told me that she was no longer interested in sex, because of a medical condition, and she told me to look for women out on the road.

i didn't know if i'd be able to, but found this site and looked around, and got acquainted with a lot of the members, mainly seeking out advice, but making friends that i might want to pursue matters with if i ever decided to do so.

on christmas eve of 2007, she told me she wanted a divorce, but later agreed to only a separation. since then, she's taken me back, then separated from me 3 more times.

during the last separation, she absolutely insisted that i find other women, and said it was a non-negotiable point.

then, a couple of weeks back, she text messaged me that she was interested in seeing someone else as more than a friend, and wanted a divorce so that she could do so without reservations.

this morning, i called her to wish her a happy anniversary, hoping to use the opportunity to talk her out of the divorce, only to find that she was already sleeping with the other guy."

today is my anniversary. i know that my wife leaves for work at about 5:15 am on saturday morning, so i figured that it would be the perfect time to call her and wish her a happy anniversary.
some guy answered the phone, and said she didn't have time to talk because she had to take him home before she went to work.
that was my anniversary present.
i'm driving down the road, but i had to pull over because i couldn't see the road through the tears. i can see well enough to type now, so i guess i'm off to billings with my load.
