Just to wish all those who are thinking of making a New Years resolution, "Good Luck".
Some will be giving up smoking, some trying to lose weight,or you my have other goals, for 2012,maybe doing something extraordinary,or climb a mountain, swim with dolphins, take a hobby.
Whatever it is, I hope you have the fortitude and determination to succeed.

Not sure how to go about teabagging in a fish pedicure, but I have a whole year to work on it.

I recently had to visit hospital to see a consultant, after the obligatory 2 hr wait we sat down and reviewed Xrays, after bit of technobabble, the consultant diagnosed Athritis, not unexpected in bloke of my age, but still upsetting, "How long have I got Doc?", he laughed, the asked bout my work n hobbies n what impact it will have on my life, "Hardly any,but will progressively worsen over years, keep weight off,take supplements, and keep doing what ya doing, a lot of MAMIL`s can live an active life for many years as long as they stick to it!". Mamil? I asked," Middle Aged Men In Lycra!" , cracked me up! what are`nt they gonna find an acronym for?
