what's a man to do
Sunday, June 21, 2009
Well i guess i can get this thing started off. A typer i'm not, cant spell very well either but i think i can get the opint across without a ballbat in hand.
When does a man really quit or slow down. Just about every time i think i"m going to give it a try along comes ole aw shit an poof gots,to start working like a  OH HELL what am i tqlking about.
Been in the active work force all of my adult life,an most of my childhood years as well. grew up on a farm in the midwest, takin care of all the critters,an beleive you me thats a full time job in its self. During school we was getting up at around 4:30 every morning just to get the chores done so we could go to school.yada yada yada. but dont get me wrong it's made me the man i am today, i just dont have sense enough to quit. 17 years in the army, yes 17  medical retirement, forced me out, or i'd been there another 7 or 8 years. started driving a truck before i got out of the service part time on the weekends when i was back stateside,go figer need the money. Been at this job now for about 14 years two trucks later both paid for,an i'm thinkin about well its time to get a new one, what the hell am i thinkin(yep theres money thing again). but i have to admit i have slowed down alot. it used to take me 2 1/2 or 3 days to go cross country now it takes me 7 or 8 days  more if its chitty weather, sure i slowed down but crap i'm workin 14 to 16 a day now.  when is it all gonna end. more to come
